Supercharged home made Straight Eight by Desperate Dan Vid 2
Built in a shed, it fired up first go. I was hoping it would sound real lumpy like a drag engine, but it runs too smooth, and it's too quiet even with unsilenced 9" pipes! The timing was a pain to sort out the Rover distributor runs backwards, I had to take the heads off to work out the firing order!!! See the shed it was built in on Vid 1.
Added May 2012: OK, my nails are dirty, maybe because I'm an engineer & build stuff? Maybe your nails are clean because you can't build eff-all & just sit behind your computer? C'mon folk, get a life.

Vortex Intake System DIY - High Performance
DIY or have it custom made to you by any OTG group shop or OTG guy...
This bone stock 19 year old Pre OBD Daihatsu Charade has only 3 cylinders and around 993cc or 998cc engine displacement. It even has the stock carb without any tricks and still has the undersized primary jet #70 where it should be #85. However, the secondary was changed back to stock #140.
Without HHO, I can hardly reach 100kph top speed without an effort on the throttle.
With HHO 120 to 130 is achievable with a little effort.
With Ignition Enhancement and HE and KML and Shieldings - 140 was easy with a little effort.
With Vortex system both intake and Exhaust, 120 can easily be reached on 3rd with little effort, 140 is a walk in the park, 150kph is easily achieved on 4th with many more torque to play with.
It's very rare for me to amaze myself... but considering that I am a type who tries to raise my personal bars to levels above my perceived limits... I could definitely say, this is the cherry on top of the cake.
Improve combustion and emissions as well a power without restriction on the air passage.

Unless people wake up and realize that the more they spend unnecessarily buying Big Corp. items to pamper their rides... the more they are enslaved by the system... making them suckers of the big corp. asses. The analogy is - the masses are the addicted buyers... and the big corp. are the pimps.
But of course - there's always a way out.
I have shown you some tips and ideas... but I am not your personal guide. You need to do the homework yourself.
The best way to empowerment is not through these devices... it's about enriching your minds.
Ask the right questions... google the right keywords... take time to read, digest and reflect... use your imagination. I did and so did all the reast of the OTG community..
Build this yourself... it's so easy! It took me roughly around 3 hours from start to finish....
But digesting it in my mind took more than a year. :-}
This video is already spoon fed to jump start the beginner or the grasshopper into the world of the OTG group... (No, not that OTG)... The world of experimenters... the real good guys that do all the dirty work for the rich big corp.
