Making a run against a pretty modified 90's Mustang. Had to give the Mustang more than a whole tree and run him down at the end of the track. The Mustang did get there first but lost due to the fact that he broke out by .200 of a second.
The Road Runner went 10.72@ 125 mph.
Very good audio!!!! Enjoy!!!
440 Road Runner Vs 426 Hemi Challenger
This video was filmed in summer of 1999 and I was 20 years old. In this video,I was driving my fathers 1969 440 Road Runner and I was paired up against 1970 426 Hemi Challenger in a heads-up race (no handicap start). The guy driving the Hemi Challenger was a national champion and the challenger was also a national record holder for its class. The two cars ran side by side all the way down the track and in the end I beat him with a 7.13 to his 7.12. Thats right, I ran slower and beat him...the reason I won was because I had a perfect .500 reaction time. I tree'd him like it was nobody's business (only kiddin). Enjoy!!!
69 440 Road Runner Drag Race 9 seconds
Here is a video of me running my fathers 1969 Road Runner against a 1970 Dart. These are both race cars and are equiped with race engines. The Dart is running a 416 cid stroker small block mopar...fully ported (by hughes engines), 600" solid cam, 11:1 compression. Has fiber glass front end and doors. 2600Lbs.
The 1969 Runner is running a 493 cid Block Stroker mopar. Fully ported (by KTR Racing engines) Edelbrock heads, .700" Solid Roller cam, 14:1 compression. Has Fiber glass fenders and hood. Doors are steel and the glass wind shield remains. 3200LBS.
(this is the first pass that the Road Runner made with its 493 cid engine... there is more there after tuning).

Mopars and very attractive women.....Mopars Kicking ASS! What more can you ask for?!
If you like what you hear, come and visit me at CDBaby! In case anyone is curious, yes, I've owned tons of Mopar products! There is a SRT4 in my driveway right now. I've had Coronet R/T's, Challenger RT, Demon's, 300's, SRT8's, I love em all! And I have no problem with other cool Musclecars. I even own a Buick with a V6 that is fairly quick......
However....I loves me Mother Mopar!
Riding In A 69 Road Runner
This is a 69 Road Runner that we have own for many years. It has a 440 in it now.Lets go for a ride.Motor has been balanced, power max cam, boared 30 over.It is a six pack motor, not six barrel. If we hadn't owned it for 38 years,I would sell it and buy a HEMI Challenger, but she is like one of the family now.
1969 440 Roadrunner Flexin Some Mopar Muscle!
Just playing around with a couple gears. The ignition was malfunctioning, not to mention bad shifting. Getting used to the hydraulic clutch and 5 speed. More to come with the new ignition.

Dakota Vs. Challenger
Yeah, I bulbed (.495 rt) but still ran down a 440 six pack '70 challenger before the end of the 1/4 mile and posted an at the time best E.T. of 11.79 @ 114 mph. Has since gone 11.69@115mph
