1986 Buick Century Limited Start Up, Exhaust, In Depth Tour, and Short Drive
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1986 Buick Century
Limited. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior
of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting
unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the
details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A
thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall
appreciation of the vehicle.

1993 Buick Century Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement
My ignition lock cylinder seized the other night in the Home Depot parking
lot. Since the steering wheel has an airbag i almost took the car to a
garage so i can have the lock cylinder replaced because i was scared of
taking the column apart. I later decided to replace the lock cylinder
myself. The job turned out not to be so bad. You just gotta take a little
caution, and make sure the system is disarmed before working on the
steering column. I learned a few things, and also saved some cash even
though i had to buy the tools for the job.
Bad-Ass Buick: 1955 Special - /BIG MUSCLE
• Harry Fisher
In stock form, the 1955 Buick Special could best be described as a "nice"
car. It's not drop dead gorgeous like a 1959 Impala, nor does it have the
panache of say a 1956 Chrysler 300. You see the '55 Buick Special was a
working mans car. It had room enough for the whole family, a decent
power-plant thanks to its 264 cubic inch V8, and style that was, well...
above average. Harry Fisher or "Uncle Harry" as most people know him, saw
the old Buick a bit differently though. He knew that with a few little
touches (like a 502 cubic inch big-block, modern suspension, and a new set
of wheels) that this old Buick had the potential to become one of the
baddest hot-rods around.
1966 Buick Convertible Barn Find Rescue, Part 1
This is the story of a '66 Buick Special convertible that had been
abandoned in Arizona in 1978 by the family of Rick Pewe, editor of 4-Wheel
& Off-Road magazine. In 2011, the guys from HOT ROD Magazine, in
conjunction with Rick, spent four days bringing the car back from the dead
with plans to drive it home from Phoenix to Los Angeles. This is part 1,
with the hacking fun the guys had rescuing the car. Look for part two,
loaded with road-trip hilarity. The story is printed in the September 2011
issue of HOT ROD Magazine.
1928 Buick Country Club Coupe 1st Start in 50 Years
My Great Grandfather bought this car in 1929 from the Buick dealer in
Perryman, Md. with only a few hundred miles on it. He paid $900 for it, a
hefty sum considering most new cars at the time were under $400. He was the
last one to hear it run until today. By the way, I could not tell while
looking through the camera if the lights were on or off.
1998 Buick Century
Heres my brothers 98 Buick Good strong midsize car! Update 1-23-09 This car
is offically gone! My brother got his trade in on a 2008 Dodge Caliber SXT
a video of his new car is soon to come.
Buick Century Odometer
Fixed a non-working odometer gear selection indicator. Problem is 4
resistors on the back of the instrument panel cluster (ipc) that come
dislodged over time due to a manufacturing defect.
'84 Chevy Chevette CS Montage
Video / slideshow I made of my chevette while at college. I miss the car
like crazy. I think the music fits pretty well, listen to the words of the
song right before the burnout, seems to be just perfect because I finally
got the car running again and back on the road.
For those of you wondering, in this video the engine is a 4.1L Buick V6 N/A
with 8:1 compression, either a TH200 or 200-4R (I don't remember which I
had in at that point), and the rear axle is stock.
Now the car sports a Nitrous kit, 700r4
transmission, and s10 rear axle with factory gov-loc posi.
