BMW 525 Turbo M50NV "2.9L" full sequential
This is a video demonstrating my BMW 525 M50NV "2.9L" converted to dual hall sensors, running both sequential fuel injection and spark events. Pulled my hair out for a few weeks trying to figure out why my cam position sensor was losing sync when I would engage sequential. I had sequential to turn on at 2000 rpm and the car would lose sync and backfire something fierce. Now I am turning on sequential over 500 rpm (basically right out of cranking, might try 0 rpm later) and the car runs great! The injectors are so much quieter when only one is clicking at a time. It did totally mess with my fuel - was running 10:1 on the map that ran 13:1 at idle in batch fire, so I will have to tune but I didn't get far anyway so no progress lost. Leaned it out to like 12.5:1 for this video.

HPF BMW Engine Build Project

Shot with the T2i with the 50mm f1.8 lens. Had turn it up to f2.0 in most (if not all) the shots just because the Bokeh overpowered a lot of the scenes. Probably should of went higher in some scenes as well. Edited was done in FCP with a very minor color correction.

E34 525i 2.8L 685 RWHP on 93 octane and 50:50 Water Meth
This car is a '92 525i with an M50 motor with 0.020" Wiseco Pistons, 8.5:1 compression, eagle rods, and an M52 crankshaft. It is running a T4 PT76GTS turbo @ 28 - 29 psi in this video and 93 octane lukoil pump fuel with 50:50 water/methanol from an Aquamist HFS-6 for 685.9 RWHP.
