I failed to mention that I can't use artist/song title commands anymore since SYNC 2.11 update and the display randomly decided to display Album title and Genre as opposed to artist and song title when the iPod is hooked up. I also didn't mention the bass/mid/treb sliders for audio adjustments and several other smaller buttons becoming very flaky to touch response as well.
