What a fantastic car, optioned out this car made a Mustang look pretty bad. this is one of Fords most important cars.
I have truely had a great time tinkering around with this car. She pretty impressive...........ask the guy in the 325i that saw my tail lights:)

1985 2.3L Thunderbird turbo Coupe engine & Tranny. The engine will be rebuild with new rings, bearings and gaskets...then I am thinking about installing it all in a Mustang along with a LA3 engine computer and Intercooler with a HKS type BOV Blow off valve.

1987 Thunderbird turbocoupe...First time at the Dyno getting tunned. Car made 265hp and 245ftlb at the wheels with 22lbs of Boost. On the last Dyno run the turbo seized. Working on getting a 76mm turbo for it. Here's a list of mods:

Otherwise the engine is stock with 200,000 miles on it lol

My 1986 Thunderbird
Here's my baby. Took me 3 years to nickel and dime it together. Engine is a 302 30 over, Speed Pro 9.5:1 pistons, FMS E-303 cam, Edelbrock double roller timing chain, ARP rod bolts, ported '88 heads, AOD trans with TransGo shift kit. Man I sound really nasaly on camera -_-. I sound like a nerd. But this is my 1986 Ford Thunderbird. It has 302 5.0L engine from a 95 Mustang cobra, the GT 40 kit and Kenny Brown Racing manifold. It has a stage 2 clutch and Kenny Brown T-5 manual 5 speed transmission. There's lot's of other mods but thats all I care to share for now. I need new paint so if you can and live in either michigan (Detroit area) Or Ohio (Toledo area) drop me a line.
