Turbo Baja Bug Prerunner
Took my turbo 1970 Prerunner Baja Bug with Megasquirt EFI up to the Sierra mountains for the first time after spending almost a year rebuilding the tranny and converting the motor to Megasquirt fuel injection. I tuned the motor with Tunerstudio on my Mac. Music by me with Garageband:-)

My New Project 1968 Baja Bug
This is my new/old 1968 Baja Bug that I will be rebuilding. Its in pretty good shape for a 1968, but does need some tlc. I have an 1835 High Performance Turnkey Motor and Transmission on the way. Hydraulic Clutch, New Wiring Harness, and Peddle Assembly. Have to get the workbench set up first. Looking forward to my new toy :)

http://www.AzBaja.com place for more info on VW Baja Bugs. Back in 1999 we (Bob & Eric) Built a Baja in 7 Days from cutting to paint. The next weekend we were showing it at a car show. This was not the best Baja in the world or the worst but it was a fun project. Looked good and did the Job. As you can see we did most of the work in 1 day. The 2nd day was mostly painting and putting trim parts back on the Baja. If we had every thing that was needed we could of been done with the Baja that weekend..
