Here is the result of a fairly stock 996 with the Euro Cup GT Exhaust rear box bypass. This essentially means you lose your rear silencing by swapping the elaborate back boxes for these 90 degree bends / tips. The gas flow path is straightened and offers a less restrictive Exhaust route for easier engine breathing at high RPM. Approx 30kg weight saving and 20-30bhp gained. http://www.eurocupgt.com/
