Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand, and is commemorated by both countries on 25 April every year to honour members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli in Turkey during World War I. How to Clean and Recharge / Oil a K&N air filter
Last air filer you'll ever have to buy, if you maintain it! In this video I show you how to clean and "recharge" your K&N air filter. Today's vehicle example is a 1999 Honda Civic with a B16 motor.
This video is a little bit on the long side, but I wanted to be thorough showing every step involved in maintaining these filters so you can get maximum performance and service life from these filters.
K&N apollo intake on a Skyline R33
first part of the video is with the varex (muffler with quiet/loud adjustability via the press of a button) open, then the clip at night is with the exhuast on "quiet", which lets you hear the intake growl much easier.
prior to the k&n apollo, the car had a k&n panel filter in the factory/stock air-box. there was a big difference after installing this universal apollo intake; including much better throttle response, alot more intake growl and faster revving at higher rpm's whilst in gear.
later on in the week i customised the intake (see my other video/s) and now the car's loving high rpm's and has more overall torque/power. the "apollo" kit was definately worth it.
