Ač toto video může někoho pohoršovat, během natáčení nebyl žádný účastník silničního provozu omezen, či dokonce ohrožen. Natáčení probíhalo v místech s povolenou rychlostí 90Km/h, kterou prý řidič nepřekročoval a zároveň se držel ve svém jízdním pruhu, přičemž powerslidy prováděl až na výjezdu za apexem, kdy viděl prázdnou silnici. Ano, jak je v naší zemi zvykem, dal by se na tento styl jízdy navléknout přestupek proti bezpečnosti a plynulosti provozu, či jiný pseudo §, avšak rozumný člověk jistě vidí, že pakliže řidičovi jelo nějaké vozidlo v protisměru, vyvaroval se powerslidu či jakéhokoliv jiného nestandardního chování...
