Whats wrong with my 02 Impala?

Could anyone tell me what might be wrong with my car? I have had the alternator checked twice The battery is only a week old This video was right after an all night 2 amp trickle charge ALL conncetions to the battery are clean and have bare shiny metal showing All grounds for the battery are secure and the wires are not crackly The car occasionally does start, but flashes the red battery light before leaving it on and then dying. If the car dies when its not running, that leads me to believe its not the starter, and the battery is new. The car does not even start half of the time, despite a fully charged battery, which tells me its not the alternator, plus the fact that I have had it checked twice in the last two weeks. Anyone got any ideas?

GM passlock problem
2001 Impala Base 114,xxx miles. Runs & drives perfect, except.... GM replaced BCM computer 9-09. Accomplished nothing. I replaced ignition switch w/NAPA part 10-09-09. Worked great for 2 weeks. Then started having the same ole trouble. I replaced ignition key tumbler switch w/passlock sensor w/NAPA part 10-25-09. No problems until this week 1-13-10. Still doing the same exact thing it was doing before I replaced anything. Hasn't started any day this week. 10 minute wait, etc. will not work. Starts when it wants to. HELP!!! Anyone have any ideas on how to properly repair this chronic problem? ----NOTE----the problem is fixed. Cleaned the contacts on the BCM computer fuse. That's all it took. If your car is exhibiting symptoms exactly like mine did, I'd try that 1st.

So, once again GM has done it. They invented something that failed and yet again they don't have a solution. This feature should not be added to any car, even if someone steals the car, the odds of this system to stop working are zero to none. Once WE THE OWNERS need to replace an ignition cylinder or an ECM, then the system fails for us. And the Dealership has NO CLUE how to fix it other than the helpful tip to crack the ECM open and replace the "memory chip". We all know that the memory chip is integrated and soldered on these years models. There is a reason why I love FORD! This video was filmed to show GM car owners who wish to disable OnStar without impacting vehicle performance or operations other than the features of OnStar. We recorded it without using technical jargon terms; we recorded it just in layman terms. My personal reasons for disabling OnStar is because I learned it was draining my battery and my car did not start. Battery replacement on Impala SS
My Onstar drained the car battery when it uses cellular to try and update diagnostics with the systems of Onstar. Since I park six floors underground, cellular reception is non existent and dumb Onstar kept at it until the battery died. You'd think the idiots at GM would update the firmware and not do this when the engine is off. This is the third battery I replaced on the warranty and now as you will see from the video we did something different!
