Vcs não tem ideia o que é olhar esse carro de perto! seus 5m40cm de comprimentos por 2m05cm de largura, transformam esse carro em algo magnifico, que só olhando de perto para saber, muito diferente do que estamos acostumado em ver por ai, Um dia navegando pela net, achei um anuncio de venda! pensei porque não! comprei uma sucata que achei na internet, lá em Taboão da Serra SP, 400km daqui, demorei um mês para decidir se iria comprar o carro, depois de 3 idas até lá, tomei coragem e trouxe ele, com aquele frio na barriga, será que dou conta de restaurar isso! Mas depois de 2 anos consegui terminar, e está aí, para todos verem os melhores momentos dessa restauração! e com a experiência que vivi, restaurando esse carro deixo uma mensagem a todos! Nunca desistam de seus sonhos! corram atrás e realizem, pois não existe sonho grande de mais se você tiver coragem de correr atrás! A 2 anos atrás nunca imaginaria que um dia iria ser proprietário de uma impala 67! pelo motivo de ser um carro muito raro, existem poucos rodando aqui no brasil, e o motivo principal, é o valor para se adquirir uma impala 67, passa facil dos 100mil, em um estado bom já restaurado! This is a GREAT DRIVING matching # 327 275 Horse Power Impala SS Convertible. She handles and looks almost like a new car. She is very responsive with more than enough power one needs! She is equipped with Power Steering and Power Disc brakes that were added for very quick and good breaking. She also has a 350 turbo automatic transmission for a great fuel economy. Her top is as new and of course with all working components, along with a new white convertible top boot. The paint and body is in great shape and very straight. Her interior is also almost total perfection. The chrome and stainless trim is a step above almost all of the 67 Impala's for sale today. The front end has been rebuilt and feels very tight driving at any speeds. She really draws a crowd at any car show she is driven to and has even won a few trophies at local shows here and there. She is not a perfect 30 thousand plus car but a good safe car to have a great night out on the town with your family or a bunch of friends.

1967 Impala rebuild - Part 1: Bodywork
Meet AngeliCar ...my 1967 Chevy Impala - 4 Door Hardtop (Pillarless / Sports Sedan).
Australian assembled, factory Right-hand Drive vehicle - factory fitted with a 327 & 2spd Powerglide.
Plans are to re-create the idea of Metallicar in as many ways as possible, except the paint. White will be the final colour of choice, hence the name: AngeliCar.
This is a quick vid covering part of the rebuilding process. Part 1, concentrates on the bodywork carried out to this point. More to come as progress is made.
*** In case you're wondering about the dash - due to their very limited production numbers for the Australian & South African markets (probably less than 500 total per year) - all RHD Impalas from '65 to '69 used the '65 model dash.
