Chevy Big Block Engine Starting
We just finished our new Chevy Big-Block engine, wich will soon find a home in our 1980 Camaro. It is just one of many BBC's that I have built. It is a "street friendly" 10:1 all forged, mechanical roller with too many goodies to list . It sounds crazy and I can't wait to feel the tire shreading performance.

This is a short walk around of my project 1977 Chevy C10 SWB pickup. It is equipped with a very strong running 454 engine. It needs the Exhaust installed as it is currently only has open headers and the collectors are spinning when its running (you can hear it in the video) .

Still not finished (getting a new richmond rear end, line lock, and welded Exhaust dumps) but here's whats been done:

Rebuilt original 1976 454 big block (bored to 469cui i believe)
11.5:1 compression (I think)
New TH400 3 speed tranny with a shift kit
Stock Full floating Dana 60 (no posi/locker)
4.10 gear ratio

MSD 6AL Box
MSD Pro Billet Distributor
MSD HP Blaster Coil 2
Custom made MSD super conductor plug wires
Ceramic coated Flow Tech Exhaust headers
Completely custom designed/painted cold air intake
Full front end rebuild
Custom fuel shut off circuit
High Flow Thermostat
A few engine dress ups
And a cheap Napa tachometer (they SUCK!!)
This truck runs a average of 17.1 in the 1/4, with a full interior, and 1ton leaf springs.
Sadly this is becoming the work truck, the motor and tranny will be coming out of this one and being put in the burgundy truck that we also have (10x better condition and about 1 step away from show room quality). That will be another video.....

Chevy Big Block Camaro 509 "The Grocery Getter"
This is our 80 Camaro that has been transformed from weak to sick with a 10:1, 509cid solid roller big block, TH400 with Hughs trans kit, Hughs 3000 stall conv., GM 12 bolt rear with Detroit Tru-Trac and Richmond 3.73 gears all custom built by me. Frame connectors, and eurothane bushing's throughout stiffened up the car, Moroso coil springs and Afco rear springs made it all come together. The fiberglass 4"cowl induction hood keeps it all concealed. We love the car and cant wait to get it to the 1/4 mile and chassis Dyno to shoot more video's.
