2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R with Yoshimura full Carbon Fiber Exhaust, jetted with DynoJet kit, and Intake Snorkel removed. *DJ100 Main Jets, Eclip on second pos, with one washer and spare eclip on each needle, mix screws each 2.5 turns out* Tuned a little rich, but runs excellent.
**** By the way, don't yell at me for revving a cold bike... becuase It WAS NOT cold in the video, I had just gotten back from an hour long ride. :)

Area P Full Exhaust on my 2008 Ninja 250
Got the bike a week ago installed the Exhaust today. Only took about an hour from start to finish with hand tools. Sounds awesome now, and there is a very noticeable power gain.
suzuki gsx-r 600 yoshimura exhaust baffle out r55 slip on carbon fiber tip
i took the baffle out and lost the allen screw keeping it in, down in the tip of the Exhaust... i didnt have a magnet so i had to take the Exhaust off real quick to get it back out... sounds much better with the baffle out... sorry if theres any distortion in the mic... i took it for a quick ride around the community to see how far away you could hear it from... anyways thanks

2008 Ninja 250 with Remus Pipe
I had bought this pipe for another bike a few years ago.I had it professionally tuned for the 250 motor and then welded back together. Than I gave it a welder to fabricate the slip on fitting and weld it all back together.
The small stock header looked funny going into a full size can so I made the stock shield work to cover the connection.
