Well this was a fun one to make. I believe I covered everything but if you feel I haven't please let me know in the comments below as well as any tips you might have to add as well. I'm not trying to make a big deal about "pound feet" or "foot pounds" I'm just trying to put that out there, the important thing is that you get the proper torque and get the job done right in my opinion, what you decide to call it is up to you.

Astra Turbo - Rocker Cover Gasket Renewal
My first video, it's a bit slow and boring. But was a good test.
On an engine with hydraulically adjusted valve clearance, the rocker cover gasket may never get changed in routine maintenance.
The gasket on this car hasn't been changed for 120,000km's and was leaking quite badly.
New gasket = cleaner engine bay :)
Astra Turbo (z20let) Timing Belt Install - Part 1 of 2

Please source other advice and guides to compliment this video.

Corsa Timing x264 (1.2 Engine)
This is how to set your timing on you twin cam corsa. It is not as difficult as some make it to be. You only need some patience and a steady hand.
If for any reason when you are done you get a cam positioning sensor fault code, please do not go buying one yet, just take time out and inspect the timing taking time to make sure that the arrow on the bolt flange point in the middle direction of the cam sensor.
If your timing it out, you would likely get a cam positioning sensor fault code.
Further more, it might be much easier to use a metal straight bar across the two cams for better comparison of their position, if you have ever bought a laminate fitting kit then the flat metal is the perfect candidate for it ; thought you would have to cut it to size.......
