1969 Buick Special Deluxe (Skylark) all original. 250 straight-6 engine with
power-glide transmission. This car is in real good shape for it's age. You don't
see to many of these on the road. The car does run, but it will need some small
work done here and there. The interior will need some work done as well. Overall
the car has a lot of potential....The only reason I'm selling the car is because
between work and school, I don't have the time. I'm asking 5000 obo. Don't try to
low ball me because you wasting your time and mine. I'm not hurting for money!

1969 Buick Special Deluxe (Skylark/GS Base Model)
This is my 69 Buick Special Deluxe (which is actually pretty hard to find now-a-days. They're mostly Skylarks and GSs now) I got a little over a week ago. Got it for $2500. Its in fantastic condition for being non-restored for 41 years. Got a 250ci Chevy Straight-6 (the smallest engine you could get on the car at the time) and a 3 speed stick on the tree. I love this car so much!
1969 Buick Special Deluxe Driving Video
This is my 1969 Buick Special Deluxe. I'm 16 and it's my first car and first love. It's a 3 in the tree (so pay attention to how fast I can shift) with a chevy 250 in it. All original. 155HP/235Ft-lbs. I bark the tires into second in the video a few times.

1969 Buick Skylark First Run of 2012
After a 6 month winter hiatus, the Buick breathes again. Small oil leak over the winter which is to be expected, other than that, an oil change and some fresh gas she fired right up.

This 1968 Buick GS 400 has the power, the muscle, the comfort and smoothness of a classic luxury car. The numbers matching 400CI engine and turbo 400 transmission produces 340hp and a whopping 440ft-lbs of ground pounding torque.
Dressed in its original color of Scarlet Red (R), this baby underwent a complete frame-off restoration that was completed in July of '95. Then, just months ago the car was repainted again to a show quality finish which looks fantastic and is sure to turn heads. The interior was changed from its original white vinyl (172) over to the current Black vinyl (178) and had the Black vinyl top (158) added as well which really helps give this gorgeous GS 400 the desired "sleeper" look. The meticulously detailed engine bay really sets off the 400CI engine in its original form. The dual Exhaust with chrome tips help give this heavy weight the aggressive head turning sound that speaks muscle all the way. Some photographs of the car being restored are included in the sale.
Opening the door reveals the same craftsmanship as the exterior and drive train. The car is optioned with factory A/C, power steering and power brakes, rally sport steering wheel, floor console shifter, courtesy lamps throughout and the upgraded AM/FM/Cassette player keeps the tunes flowing even while the windows are down and your cruising on down the highway. This big boy really does drive like a luxury car and yet with the muscle that's under the hood, it's got the get-up-and-go that everyone wants. The factory original Super Sport chrome wheels that are wrapped in new white lettered radial tires which help keep all that muscle firmly planted to the road. So don't let this 1968 Buick GS 400 get away, come on into our indoor showroom and once you grace your eyes upon this beast, the next home for it will be yours!
