2002 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L V6 Exhaust Leak Trouble.MP4
This dang '02 Escape! I had an Exhaust leak and found that 2 of the 6 studs on the manifold had been sheared off. So i pulled the engine so i could drill out, retap, and reinstall new studs. I thought this was the location of the leak...i was wrong. The leak is still present but it sounds loud enough to be a 1/2" hole. All the O2 sensors are in place and the only place it could be coming from is behind the heat shield on this rear manifold/converter. Now i'm having trouble with the tranny. Just wondering if anyone else is/has had this same issue.
2002 Ford Escape XLT with Gibson Cat-back Exhaust
A quick start up and a few rev's of my 2002 Ford Escape XLT after installing a new stainless steel Gibson cat-back Exhaust (resonator and muffler), made a really noticeable difference in higher (above 2800) rpm range but it helped the low end as well.

Escape Filter Demo
I own a 2005 Ford Escape XLT with the 3.0L V6. Owned for about two years now but have just now started to outfit it with some more fun stuff! First installment is an AFE Cold Air Intake. Took only about 20 minutes to install and has been TONS of fun! More video to come on later Installments. (have a Magnaflow Kit coming in.)
How To Seafoam Your Vehicle
2 Can of Seafoam & 1 Can of Deep Creep - 1 can goes into your fuel tank and half of the other one goes into your oil and the other half goes through the brake Booster line. The Deep Creep is sprayed through the throttle body. Let the vehicle sit 15-20 mins. and start up and watch the smoke show. If you have no smoke your vehicle didn't have any carbon build up to clean off.
