Entire Tail Light lights up when lights are turned on, when brakes/turn signals are applied, the light becomes brighter.
Modified:
Only the "halo" ring is lit when lights are turned on, when brakes/turn signals are applied, the center LEDs turn on. If lights are not turned on, only center LEDs will light when brakes/turn signals are applied.
