A driver for the upcoming Nicolas Cage flick "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" crashed a Ferrari F430 while filming a chase scene in New York's Times Square. Two were injured. Sadly, Cage's career will survive.

It's well worth it, as it can save your life and the lives of others.
You can't just put nice tires on your car and expect it to drive better.
Racing on the street is dangerous and too often it ends in a crash.

Texas Mile Corvette Crash - March 2011
The Texas Mile record holder for a Corvette at 224mph!
This Corvette was built by Hinson Motorsports - over 1400rwhp
I don't have the 224mph pass on video but I caught the 221mph pass.
It looks like one of the tires went out and caused the car to veer hard to the right. The driver was ok, he walked away from the crash.
