Peel and Seal - Volkswagen Sound Dampening
Buy Peel & Seal - http://amzn.to/FPVMx4
Lost the original blog post, so I edited the past Peel & Seal videos together. While Peel & Seal does dampen the noise, I thing proper insulation should also be added. http://youtu.be/M45GXw4egw4

Door Openings and Dynamat
Here's a quick Video of making the door openings in the 34 coupe door as well as installing Dynamat in the door.
after sound deadener
NOTE: I REALIZE I CALL IT DYNAMAT IN THE VIDEO, IT'S NOT, IT'S FATMAT! I'm a dummy =P
After adding FatMat sound deadener to the ceiling of my 1974 VW Baja Beetle. Now your eardrums hurt when you shut the car doors with the windows rolled up! I forgot to revv the engine in this one =(
Later, we added some to the package tray area of the car, which I'm sure will make even a bigger difference, but we're unable to start up the engine right now due to some bearing damage. Another video later, then!
Dynamat: Before and After
I Dynamatted my trunk and doors, and what an improvement. Thanks for watching. BTW-I chose this song because it was one of my favorite songs at the time. If you don't like it, too bad. Go make your own video. (and the cheapest place I've found so far is amazon just in case you're wondering ;)
I disabled comments because too many losers without a life kept leaving stupid comments. GTH. :p
Dynamat Trunk Installation Process 2007 Lexus ES350
The major steps that I took in removing trunk pieces and installing my Dynamat. I bought a bulk pack of Dynamat (36 sq ft) for my 2007 Lexus ES350 to use in the trunk and the rear deck. NOTE: Dynamat will NOT take all your rattles away as you can see, what it will do is reduce them greatly and increase the sound from your bass instead of it being lost through the trunk and rattling. I highly recommend it for anyone with a subwoofer, my car rattles much less than it used to, especially in the interior, my side view mirrors even shake less just by what I did in the trunk. Also, 36sq ft of dynamat was not enough for the WHOLE trunk but a good part of it, and it is true that if you double or triple layer it it will perform much better than a single layer. I hope this video helps, ratings and comments are always appreciated! Thanks everyone!
Peel and Seal - Car Audio Sound Deadening Review
My friends and I tried out "Peel and Seal" as an alternative to Dynamat, and we're very happy with the results. Does a great job, the rattling from my subs and speakers was almost totally eliminated. And for 14 dollars for a 6 inch x 25 foot roll, it was a bargain. No smell, stuck great, did its job.
Dynamat 2007 Lexus ES350 In Depth Before and After Review
I bought a bulk pack of Dynamat (36 sq ft) for my 2007 Lexus ES350 to use in the trunk and the rear deck. This video goes through several songs before and after dynamat as well as the tapping demonstration where I knock on the trunk before and after. I will be uploading an installation video sometime soon so be on the lookout for it. I hope this video helps, I wanted to try and make the best dynamat video of before and after that I can, so ratings and comments are always appreciated! Thanks everyone!
