67 Camaro RS LS1 Initial Start 1/4/11
After 8 years of this swap, she fired up for the first time. It's running rich due to a TR224 cam, LS6 intake, ported heads & throttle body. The throttle cable was stuck, and as you'll hear, the engine ran at approx 1800 RPM.

5.3 engine out of a 05 Chevy Truck into a 67 Camaro.Mods ; oil pan with remote oil filter, LS 1 Intake with cable throttle body, Spacers for LS Water pump(truck pump interferred with throttle body) ,Alternator mount and Idler Pulley,Brackert for alternator and P/S Pump, Notched frame crossmemeber to clear A/C Compressor .
