454 CHEVY BURNOUT! - 1985 Olds Cutlass Supreme Screams In The Driveway!
We just got the new engine dropped into the Cutlass today. Here's a quick vid of the initial startup and some burnout fun. Tested out the new fuel system, line lock, 0.070 over 454 BBC, front end bushings and drag springs, etc. Almost ready for the track. :) Stay tuned for those vids coming soon.
11.2 SECONDS! 1985 OLDS CUTLASS SUPREME 1/4 MILE DRAG RACE
Finally got the Cutlass to the strip today and made an 11.2 second pass. Elevation air was at 4100 ft, so the day was pretty terrible. The new engine ran great and we had a really decent night. Need to do some tweaks and changes for next week. But overall everything went well.
1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Resurrection! - 454 and Turbo 400
My dad and I decided that after an 8 year hiatus in the backyard, it was high time the Cutlass was revived. This short video captures just a small amount of the work involved over the past few weeks. Eight years does it's work well on a car, and this was no exception. But we got er done and to the track for this past race weekend! Enjoy!

Junk video of my first pass of the year, car went 11.77 with a 1.60 60ft in bad air, and 30mph head wind, Not bad for conditions! I will try to get a vid soon of a good pass! Hopfully with 90/10 shocks and some tunning for next time.

My dad and I removed the heads from the high performance 427 race engine in his 1957 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery. Wait til you see what it looked like inside!
