FI-R's 700hp Ford Lightning..
Compilation of pics/videos, from our 2001 KB 2.6H powered Ford Lightning project, which was assembled in 2009. The truck makes in excess of 700hp, and lays down 630whp on a very low 14.5psi, on 93 octane fuel. While we've never cranked it up, it is very capable of making over 800hp on C16/high Boost. The credit goes to Kenne Bell, and JLP Racing, for the excellent head/blower package..
Stage II Cam Lightning - First Start
2001 Ford Lightning, first startup after fixing a bad Sniper tune. Truck has Stage II cams, heads and long tube headers - no cats. Mufflers ween't hooked up for this video.

2002 Ford F150 SVT Lightning Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2002 Ford F150 SVT Lightning. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this truck while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this truck designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
Thanks a lot to Brandon Reeves Auto World of Monroe, NC for allowing me to make this video.

2000 Ford Lightning

35,000 miles
Location: Southern NJ 08091
Fully built, front to back. Dead on reliable....
Legitimate 9 second truck.
Best run of 9.74 at 138mph
(This was done with a 100 shot of Nitrous, kit has since been pulled off and sold. Was going to spin the 2.3 more or go with a bigger blower to hit mid 9's again this spring)
Truck has run best of 10.5's on just blower, would run a 10.2 to 10.3 I believe with same driver from Nitrous run (Evan Smith of MM&FF's only pass was the 9.74 run versus owners low 10 second runs using exact same setup)
Want a 9 second truck??
Up the Boost, upgrade blower, or add a cheap 100 shot and there you are.......
