Subaru drivers meeting in the mountains
The long awaited opening of the 2010 winter driving season. Footage by Strzelec. We met together to have some fun and improve driving skills on the frist really snowy day of this winter. The driving is quite catious by the time, generally due to lack of snowbanks - no mistakes are forgiven ;) The silver sedan with the air inlet in the hood is in fact 2.0 sport edition, without turbo. The blue sedan, blue wagon and another silver sedan are also naturally aspirated 2.0 RX versions. Although they sound differently due to different Exhaust manifolds. The black wagon is driven by some quick guy and it runs brand new winter tires with tons of nice soft tread. Thus the grip and awesome speeds in the corners. This time I am driving my own car which is the blue sedan. But if there will be some more snow I will definitely take the WRX in which I don't have to complain about lack of power :) None of the car is equipped with studded tires. 2012 Subaru WRX vs Hurricane Sandy
UPDATE: The owner of the Subaru in this video sold the car about a month after filming this and the new owner rolled the car and totaled it one day later. Oct. 30, 2012 in the wake of Hurricane Sandy we took a 2012 WRX up to 7 Springs to battle the 2ft of fresh powder. Eventually the WRX pulled itself out... Testing POV 1.5 action camera on road 116 with Subaru Impreza WRX STI. Camera is not bad, but unsuitable price. Also sound performace is not to much good. So I decide to buy GoPro Motorsport Hero Wide. Testing of this will follow... ;-)

2008 Lamborghini Gallardo, EVO tuned, Pirelli snow tires. After ~6" or so of fresh Colorado snow, figured it was time to see how the Gallardo handles in horrible driving conditions. Sometimes it's fun to do stupid things in exotic cars :-)
