Przygotowujemy sobie kawałek pręcika o średnicy otworka. Następnie wkładkę ustawiamy pod kątem 45 stopni i w otworek wprowadzamy nasz przyrząd. Na dnie otworu jest zapadka (coś w pewnym sensie jak stacyjka 124) którą nasze narzędzie musi przesunąć - jednocześnie ciągniemy (nie za silnie) za wkładkę przy pomocy kluczyka. O ile mnie pamięć nie myli zapadka ma się przesunąć promieniowo w kierunku na zewnątrz od osi wkładki.
Jeżeli wyciągniemy już wkładkę, to na dnie jej otworu jest blachowkręt który mocuje cały zespół klawiszy i zamek do deski.
Ten zespół przycisków wyciągamy jednak jednocześnie z górnym schowkiem. Górny schowek ma na tylnej płaszczyźnie (na dnie) dwa długie blachowkręty widoczne po otwarciu schowka, pod zaślepkami.
Po wyjęciu górnego schowka, zamków oraz listwy ozdobnej pokręteł wyciągamy dysze nawiewu. Mają one pionowo, od góry dwa niewielkie wkręty. Przed chwilą zasłaniała je krawędź górnego schowka, teraz są dostępne, chociaż ich łby są "wpuszczane" i przez to mniej widoczne. Te dwa wkręty to jedyne wkręty mocujące nawiew. Jak nawiew wyjmiesz, to z resztą powinieneś sobie poradzić.

Mercedes has officially unveiled the 2014 S-Class at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Hamburg, Germany.
Designed to become one of the most luxurious and advanced vehicles ever constructed, the 2014 S-Class has an evolutionary design that incorporates a sportier front fascia, a larger grille and a gentle slanting rear end. The sleek styling enables the model to have drag coefficient of 0.24 which is pretty impressive considering the pint-sized CLA has a drag coefficient of 0.23.

This weeks client car of the week features a beautiful 1994 Mercedes S600L Lorniser edition. This car is verified as a real Lorinser and is extremely rare. One of about 25 made for 1994 within north america and 54 worldwide.

Mercedes door close assist pump repair. W140 S-class
Here is a close assist pump that pull your doors and trunk in. Located in the trunk on drivers side to the right of wheel well area. After I made this video I found tiny (1/32" or 1mm) rapture in diaphragm. To fix that I used a piece of rubber glove I use in video and inserted it between diaphragm and rear valve case. Use high quality glove so it will not burst. Luckily, rapture is tiny and latex should hold the pressure along with shortened spring that lessen the pressure. Silicone would be good to use around the case also but I didn't use it on this pump. When assembled back, I used mini torch to melt valve case so it closes better. Also, pump vanes were worn and didn't create good pressure. I took it apart and polished pump internals with Dremmel and polishing paste. Pump works without reset but because vanes are worn doors and trunk close slower than usual. But, on the other hand, this pump failed completely and now it works.
