This how to on polishing a black car can be applied to any color. This is a thorough polishing job that is most noticeable on a black or dark finish and illustrates all steps on how to polish.
The 3m Polishing system is used in this video but many others are just as effective.
2013 BMW M5 Tested: M1 & M2 Drive Buttons
During Automotive Rhythms' test drive today with the new 5th generation 2013 BMW M5 at Ascari Race Resort in Spain, we were able to experiment with the performance sedan's two new M Drive buttons which are a part of MMI or Man Machine Interface. Two individually configured set-ups for the M5 can be called up using the new M Drive buttons on the steering wheel; range of programmable parameters unique in the segment: engine response, M Servotronic responses, Drivelogic shift program, DSC mode, Dynamic Damper Control and information in the Head-Up Display.

Some crazy sounds in London as a new F10 M5 and Three M3's were all trying out their new Eisenmann Exhausts. The M5 sounding absolutely brutal. Even a straight piped Nissan GTR joined in the Fun !!

Polished Bliss: Auto Finesse Desire Demo Video

"Hello, this is Rich at Polished Bliss, and in this video I'm going to tell you a little bit about Auto Finesse Desire, which is set to be one of the most exciting new wax releases of 2012.
Desire is the new flagship product in the Auto Finesse range and, as you would expect, is packed to the rafters with pure Brazilian No.1 carnauba wax, essential oils and other deliciously scented fruit extracts. Like its forbearer, Spirit, it produces an intensively rich, dripping wet, high gloss finish with excellent water beading characteristics.
Although it will vary slightly from car to car, a lifespan in excess of six months per application is realistically achievable under typical UK driving conditions, even on cars used as daily drivers, and this can be extended further if it is layered from the outset.
Like all high quality carnauba waxes, Desire gives best results if it is applied by hand to properly prepared paint. In this example, we are going to use Auto Finesse Tripple to mask minor wash marring and lay down a glossy, oil-rich, basecoat for the wax to bond to...
With the paint now primed, we are going to apply Desire to no more than one or two panels at a time, and as thinly and evenly as possible, using a soft foam applicator pad. As you can see, only a light dab of the pad is required to liberate enough wax to treat each panel.
With a couple of panels done, we are now going to buff off the residual wax film using a plush microfibre towel, which will be refolded regularly to prevent clogging. There is no need to allow the film to dry fully before it is removed, as to do so makes it harder to buff off.
Words never really do justice to the finishes that high quality carnauba waxes produce, so I'm going to stop talking now and let you take a minute to enjoy the finish that Desire gives in glorious high definition.

Auto Finesse Iron Out
A demonstration on the iron remove from Auto Finesse. This was the only product used on these heavily soiled wheels that hadn't been wax before. The brush used was a ProValet wheel brush which produces great results!
