Pulley Swap Speed Test - Hot Rod Lawn Tractor - Racing Lawn Mower
I managed to get the pulley swap done yesterday and we took it out for a little test drive. I decided to leave the engine pulley stock and just swap the transaxle pulley. So, I switched the transaxle pulley from a 9 inch diameter pulley to a 2.5 inch pulley. Then I took up the slack in the old belt, to figure out what length the new belt should be. It turned out that a deck belt from a 40" Murray works just fine. We still have some carburetor issues to address before we'll be getting the maximum performance out of it. I also have some modifications that I'm going to make to the spindles and front end. I hope you find this racing mower project interesting...thanks for watching!

Fast Garden Tractor
My Pennsylvania Panzer with a 1972 750cc Honda SOHC. Rebuilt frame, (lengthened) installed Volvo 4 speed etc. Lots of work, but the tractor would go about 100mph. This video is poor because it was taken from a TV of a VHS tape, and it's about 15 years old.

the motor is a 11hp briggs and stratton. We shaved the head( or tried to). We made ourself a pull start with an old pulley. Racing Lawn Mower Build
My racing lawnmower im currently building but stopped because i need money to get a battery,pulleys,belt,brakes and build an Exhaust. I started this project in june of 2008 and im still working on it.
