Tuttle Creek ORV June 2010 - Toyota 4x4
My truck at Tuttle Creek ORV, KS 6/11/10 - 6/12/10
I just installed the dual cases, made a world of difference.
Watch for the broken driveshaft at the end.
Toyota 4x4 Turbo Diesel Rock Crawl
First real test of the trucks ability. Realized I need to gear down a tad
and upgrade steering. In the process of hydro assist now. It was impossible
to cut the wheel on the rocks at crucial times with stock setup.
Rob's 89 Toyota Rockcrawler from 35's to 42's
These are some random clips of my Toyota pickup from Tuttle Creek (near
Randolph, KS) and down at Disney, OK. Started out with a Toyota straight
axle swap and 35" procomp xterrains... Ended up 1 ton axles (d60/14b) and
42" super swamper IROKs. Had a blast in that rig. Yes the engine was making
a loud clatter but kept chuggin' away. The guy I sold the motor to called
to let me know the cam was wore so much and that's why we could never get
the valves adjusted right. Front springs was a home brew toy rear pack, 63"
chevy rears. Running a 2.28+4.7 doubler with twin stick.

my black Jeep in the back ground. It's sitting on flat level ground. That
should give you some perspective of how steep and rocky this trail is and
how bad-ass this Toyota truck really is! We found this extra sweet and well

later is the squeeze, followed by the waterfall at the end. Entry to area
BFE is free of charge, but donations at the gate are appreciated.
