K&N Intake/FlowMaster on Pontiac Bonneville 2002 (in Drive Way)
Just a simple request on how the muffler and the intake sounds like. I got the 40 Series Flow Master ( I think ) since i only have a V6. any bigger would sound nasty. I know it sounds weird on Video, but it sounds AMAZING in person. And a K&N Short Ram Intake that was made for a Grand Prix. My car is not Tune ether. Anyways it Sounds a lot better actually floring it. Ill post a video later when i go out to drive.
Bonneville SSEi Exhaust Before & After
Video I threw together with the stock exhuast, then open manifold then after installing a ZZP Power Log and 3" Downpipe with Magnaflow high-flow Cat.
Once the engine warms up the stock bosal Exhaust is virtually silent, all you hear is air and that's mostly the intake. Open manifolds are epically awesome loud, however unfortunately illegal. The PLog, 3" downpipe and magnaflow cat are decently louder than stock and have a deeper mellow rumble to it, which the camera doesn't really pick up on. Its enough to hear and know it's not stock, yet not overwhelming. I really like it as is, so my plans for magnaflow muffies later on, might go out the window.

The 95 (stock other than 1.8 ratio rockers) gets the jump off the line and the 00 (3.4 pulley and other supporting mods) JUST makes it up by the end.
1999 Bonneville SLE with L26 manifold
L26 UIM swapped onto an L36.
A friend and I spent some quality engine modding time. We swapped out the lower intake manifold for a ported and polished one, and the upper intake manifold is now the aluminum version from the Series 3 3800. There is a custom throttle body adapter plate with a Series 2 supercharged 3800 throttle body. Rice pipe to conical K&N air filter make up the rest of the air intake. Everything else is stock.
DIY: Wrapping Rims in Matte Black Vinyl
I wanted to try a new style for my winter rims, and instead of pinting them i wrapped them in vinyl, Costs about $10 a rim. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/321097538225 This short video shows you how to wrap a rim quickly(sped up 3x), There really is no downfall to doing this, faster and cheaper then painting, the vinyl only weighs .4 ounces or about 50 grams. and thats spread out throughout the rim and if you dont like it then just peal it off.
