The A5 Sportback looks great, plus it's almost as spacious as an A4 saloon and offers added versatility. It has some fine engines, too, with the four-cylinder diesel particularly tempting to fleet users.
It's neither sporty enough to be exciting to drive nor sufficiently comfortable to be truly relaxing. You won't like the off-set pedals.

Audi n'hésite pas à innover en lançant la version hayon (hatchback) de l'A5 et ouvrant de facto un nouveau segment offrant le meilleur de la berline, du coupé et du break en un seul modèle, répondant au nom évocateur de "Sportback". Perturber le design de la très réussie A5 pour y ajouter un hayon était à priori risqué mais de toute évidence, pas pour les stylistes d'ingolstadt.

The Sportback is the most practical member of Audi's stylish and upmarket A5 family. It joins the A5 Coupé and Cabriolet editions, but adds the practical appeal of four-doors and a spacious boot, accessed through a large hatchback. Audi claims the A5 Sportback has no direct rivals, yet both new BMW 3 Series and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class come close. And while there is much to recommend the A5's beautiful design and roomy cabin, you might not like the firm ride, and the Sportback is not the best A5 to drive.

Allard Kalff rijdt met een echte Leopard tank van de Koninklijke Landmacht
Allard Kalff is helemaal in z'n element. Hij is namelijk op bezoek bij de Koninklijke Landmacht in Amersfoort, waar hij les krijgt in het rijden met Nederlands grootste tank; de Leopard.
Gehuld in uniform, stapt Allard eerst in een simulator. Als hij dit met goed gevolg heeft afgelegd, mag hij plaatsnemen in een echte Leopard!
