The Complete Dodge Stealth In-Depth Tour
This is the in-depth tour of my 1992 Dodge Stealth ES. In this video I try to feature as much of the car as possible, including: exterior, interior, engine, Exhaust note, audio, and an over all view of the car. (The song featured in the sound demo is The Oracle by Godsmack, I do not own the song as it belongs to its respected owners.) Hopefully you will enjoy this video and it will give you a better appreciation for this rare 90's performance car. ****For more information on my Stealth and links to other great 3S sites please check out my website: https://sites.google.com/site/mrdodgestealth/ Note* Video was recorded in 1080p hd but the blackberry playbook mp4 format would not work on windows movie maker so I used iMovie which I'm not familiar with and although I told it to be in the highest quality I think it lost some sharpness and isn't in hd so if I can get another editing program I may try it again and replace this video with a true hd version.

For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/8r3lrdz Stored in a garage for literally three quarters of its life, this one owner, all original 1992 Stealth R/T Twin turbo is the kind of time capsule sports machine that'll transport you right back to the days when performance was about more than just horsepower! Delivered new to its one and only owner, a New York urbanite, this Far East Mopar spent its entire life bouncing between weather-proof storage, fastidious maintenance and occasional weekend adventures. Naturally, a regimen like that means the car racked up very few miles; and I'd be willing to bet it's rarely seen anything other than sunshine and warm temperatures. A quick check of its undercarriage and suspension reveals no evidence of abuse or rust. A quick check of its VIN certifies its body has never seen any major repairs. And a quick check of our pictures confirms its one year old Mystic Blue paint, which happens to be one of only 327 coats issued for 1992 twin turbos, is both bright and glossy. In the early 90s, factory performance wars finally started to heat up again, but this time instead of Chevy, Ford and Mopar battling it out, it was the Japanese automakers with their turbo-charged compacts. Sure, the Viper made its debut and the Corvette was still around, but those cars were in a different league; and the price of admission to that league was steep. The Japanese automakers recognized a niche for affordable sports cars and a performance war began. This car's Mitsubishi designed twin turbo V6, a product of that war, benefitted from technology that was very advanced for its time. The engine is a DOHC 24-valve 3.0-liter 6-cylinder which sports electronic fuel injection, aluminum heads, factory roller rockers and of course two turbochargers. Those turbos are intercooled via intakes incorporated into the car's front air dam; and they make this smooth mill good for 296 horsepower and 306 ft./lb. of torque. Not bad when you consider all this horsepower and technological goodness could be had in a relatively light car for about half the price of Dodge's V10 flagship. Twin turbo models like this one came standard with a 5-speed Getrag manual transmission feeding a full-time all-wheel drive system. That system's 45 front, 55 rear power split gives the car catapult-like acceleration in any weather condition while four-wheel steering turns the rear wheels in phase with the front wheels for additional stability during high speed cornering. A driver selected dual-mode Exhaust system opens up the mufflers for more power at high engine speeds; giving the car an aggressive bark all the while allowing you to have a daily driver that won't wake up the neighbors every time you taxi into the driveway. The driver selected variable rate four-wheel independent suspension does an excellent job tightening apexes or loosening tension depending on where the sport/touring selector is placed. And power is put to the pavement through four factory alloy wheels which spin 245/45ZR17 Pirelli PZero Neros around "DODGE" branded center caps. This Dodge's jet-inspired black leather cockpit, which presents a striking contrast to its clean blue exterior panels, shows absolutely no signs of wear at all. The six-way power driver's seat keeps you as comfortable for quick blasts of speed as it will during long road trips. In front of the driver a dramatic jet black dash, which shows zero defects, is packed full of gauges and instruments that work exactly as they should. At the center of that dash, automated climate control sits above a great sounding AM/FM radio that's complete with both a cassette deck and a CD player. Between the seats, the car's console holds a black shifter and controls for the power driver's seat above black carpet that's protected by matching "STEALTH" floor mats. And at the sides of the seats, door panels which are typically faded and ballooned from heat and light, present as new from their horizontal defroster vents all the way to their red puddle lamps. If you're an enthusiast who likes to put his hardware on the road, few cars deliver the blend of performance and luxury of this Stealth R/T Twin turbo. 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin Turbo AWD
I thought you'd like a look at this very clean 1991 Dodge Stealth RT. It's powered by the twin-turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 3.0 V6, that's putting out around 306 HP. All the power is funneled through a five-speed manual trans to an amazing all wheel drive system. These cars were blazing fast for their time and are still competitive with modern cars. This one really looks mean in that black and the interior is in like new condition as well. I hope you find it interesting....thanks for watching! 1993 Dodge Stealth Start Up & Rev - 79k (Rebadged Mitsubishi 3000GT)
Start Up & Rev of a 1993 Dodge Stealth. This rare car has a 3.0L DOHC V6 making 222 HP while paired to a 4 Spd Auto. This car is basically a Mitsubishi only with Dodge Badges on it. Essentially, this is a Mitsubishi 3000GT which i my Favorite car of Choice when I used to play Grand Turismo on PS1 LOL. There is a More basic 3.0L SOHC V6 which produces only 167 HP. But the Real gem is the Top Shelf engine which is the 3.0L DOHC Twin turbo V6 which makes a sweet 320 HP from 1994+. 1991-1993 made 300 HP Of course anything can now do 300 HP but it is a sweet combo as this is a 93 Car. What caught my eye is that the car had radio controls on the steering wheel & Aux jack which I don't recall seeing on a car of this age. 1991-1994 had a 5 Spd Manual, 1995+ had a 6 Speed Manual.. 0-60 times were around 5.3 seconds.. For my own use, I dont like the car, but since these cars have been out of production for 15 yrs, it is a collectors car, & this 1 was in excellent shape.
