Open lapping at Toronto Motorsports Park, Cayuga, in a 2011 Scion tC equipped with the TRD big brake kit, TRD lowering springs, TRD quickshifter, TRD cold air intake, Descendant Racing Exhaust, and 18x9.5" Enkei RPF1 Racing wheels with 255/40R18 Yoko Advan AD08 tires.
Vehicle had traction and stability control on during event (forgot to turn it off before going out!).
Crash at Infineon in Scion tC
Gary Sheehan drives the MPME Scion tC during qualifying in NASA's Super Unlimited Class and finds oil in turn 8 from a puking Legends Thunder Roadster. Witnesses said the car was several feet in the air after the initial impact. Data shows the car at 90mph when I hit the oil.

2011 Scion tC Top Speed Run 0-134MPH
-= CLOSED COURSE - DO NOT ATTEMPT =- (This car is stock)
Decided to record my tC going as fast as it's little 4-banger could go. Now that it's on video, I won't have to go that fast again ;)
This was not a time attack (hence the slow shifting) it was a top speed run.
Fastest I've gone was 134MPH - double checked via GPS.
In this video, the car goes 133MPH before shifting into 6th gear.
