The first try was a flop ask Big G and Miss Lisa, so we went back and built it again. She's a 71 Monte Carlo, all new posi-trac with 373's, sweet turbo 400, all pushed by a 468, naturally aspersed, big block chevy, tunnel ram and twin carbs!!

1971 Monte Carlo with 454ci engine, 3" original Flowmaster 50 series mufflers, no tailpipes
This is my 1971 Monte Carlo. The video clip is for sound comparisons for different Exhausts. The engine is about 9:1 compression and has a small hydraulic roller cam (224/234 deg @ 0.050", .527"/.544" lift). The intake is an Edelbrock RPM air gap, and the carb is a 750 Mighty Demon mechanical Secondary. The headers are Hooker Competition headers with 2" primaries and 3.5" collectors which go into 3" dual Exhaust with 3" 50-Series Flowmaster mufflers which end right before the rear end.

Great car, great condition. 454 c.i. engine, automatic, A/C. The black vinyl roof sets off the car very nicely. Looks like original upholstery....this is a personal car that surely is potent!

thiis is my 1970 monte carlo 454 twin turbo 4160lbs street car ran 10.16 @138 in a quarter last year with 13lbs Boost and 3.55 road gears threw full 3" Exhaust with mufflers it will run 9s with no problem built in june of 2009 please check out my newer videos I redone the twin turbo set up to blow through for 2011 i ran 9.75 @138 WITH 13LBS Boost cars capable of 25lbs Boost just wont get traction
