Doug Kalitta at the NHRA Route 66 Nationals in 2004 ran the quickest ever pass in a 1/4 mile for a piston engined car with this 4.420 second pass at 328.22 mph to take the win against Brandon Bernstein who tries to take of like a rocket ship at half track.

John Bradshaws record breaking "Projectgts" runs an incredible 7.4941 secs @ 182.75mph,which backed up he's previous run of 7.4513 secs @187.41mph,well done to john n abbey motorsports for all there hard work and now has got bragging rights for being fastest nissan skyline in the world!!

Firestorm Jet Funny Car at Santa Pod during the Easter Thunderball 2010. Only time they managed to get the car off the start line for the weekend and it hit's wall after deploying the chute . Video taken 5th April 2010. Roger Goring (Driver and Owner) all OK. 1/4 mile in 6.442

Tony Schumacher beats Melanie Troxel in the final round of Top Fuel at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at
Pomona, running 4.428 @ 327.98 mph, he resets the national record for E.T., and wins the 2006 Top Fuel Championship over Doug Kalitta. This is remembered as "The Run" a final round, national record-setting run at the last race on the final pass that gave the U.S. Army team the championship title. The memorable 4.428 second pass is being regarded as the greatest single run in NHRA history by many drag racing historians.
