Ultima GTR 640 - How not to do a quarter mile
Run 6 at Santa Pod on 17th May 2008. Watched a drag car blast off from close range and then nearly stuck the GTR in the wall, look for the wiggle in second gear at 70mph or so. Still great fun !!

Ultima GTR's LS7 First Start
Wooo Hooo. Its ALIVE. This is the first start of my Ultima. I got the kit in 2/07 and just got the engine & G50/52 transaxle installed this weekend. At one point my son, Steven, pumps the throttle and the Exhaust and rumble knocked some stuff off my workbench behind the car. Just before we shut it down the radiator fans came on at 95 C and the thermostat opened at about 80 C.

In February we showed sketches and renders of Jon Olsson's latest project: Rebellion R1k. Now after six months of development the Rebellion R1k is finished just in time for the Gumball 3000.
Sadly there were some last minute problems and Jon Olsson doesn't want to risk being stuck on the back of a tow truck the entire Gumball 3000 so he is now driving his Nissan GT-R to London for the start of the 2011 Rally from London to Istanbul.
This years rally stops this weekend in Jon's hometown Monaco for the F1 Grand Prix, the ideal location for the Rebellion R1k to celebrate its Gumball debut. Credits for the development of the Rebellion R1k go to Tokan who we met at GT Polonia last year.

962 hp on regular gas.
It's the first time he drove it flat out. Before this event he only took a test drive around the block. (hence the bad shifting in the first run)

Ultima LS7 with race style exhaust with X-Pipe
We have welded this Exhaust system in approx 5 hours with 3 inch stainless steel tubes and the sound is very close to a LeMans GT1 racer.
It is very loud and powerful.....very nice
