me (1965 mercury comet) and a friend (1965 buick skylark) racing me in California and him in Idaho my best time was 12.3 @ 93mph and his best was 13.3 @ 110 MPH... i didn't get past 3rd gear
merc - 347 c.i. stroker ~500 ponies tremec 5 speed w/ 3.08 final gear
buick - 455 c.i. HP unknown 4 speed top loader w/ 3.73 final gear
