trip computer activated on my D8 peugeot 406, uhh done a lot of work to get'it done. Thanx to some ppl i've done this faster than alone. So a big THX goes to them. Team work is everything.!
you have to do some wiring ...4 wires nonbsi and 2 wires bsi or D9, correct me if i'm wrong coz i'm not such an expert !

Brief description on how to dump the UHC/Connection Unit chip 93C66, in order to then extract the PIN also called APV code.
The code is useful if you need to program keys or a new UHC.
406 Extra Courtesy/Puddle Lights
How i added the extra courtesy lights and LED Puddle lights onto my 406.
A LDR activated relay circuit was used because when i tried to wire the extra lights even with a relay to the overhead dome light it upset the cars BSI and all the electrics went mad. Now it bypasses the BSI and ECU so no problems.
The LDR Relay circuit i purchased from Quasar Electronics product code AS3079C
The LED lighting strips were purchased on ebay, they are very good value, made very well and for all the size of them they are very bright.
I didnt get many pictures on routing the wires into the door.
