Driving fast on the Autobahn in a Mercedes S-Class (2)
Taking a fast drive on the Autobahns in my region with a Mercedes S350 BlueTec. The car has a 3-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with 258 hp and goes up to 250 km/h, where it is electronically limited. Top speed is not reached in this video, though. The final minutes, however, are in a speed-limited zone, where I use the radar-guided cruise control "Distronic Plus". What you see there, is the car driving alone, with me no interferring. I'm only adjusting the pre-set speed with the lever left to the steering wheel. My feet are inactive.

Yesterday I had a great day during an ''Autobahn Run''. We had a few nice cars together and I participated with my GTI. In this first video you see two black Lamborghini Gallardos, one is totally stock, but the other has a Tubi Exhaust and Testpipes. Thanks to that modification, this Gallardo has a very loud and high sound!

BMW 535i (F10) - A fast drive on the German Autobahn
Taking a BMW 535i (F10) for a fast drive on the Autobahn. Speed limiter kicks in shortly before the speedo reaches 260 km/h. Strange: With the same engine in the 3-series the limiter kicks in at 270. Nevermind the left lane-hogging Ford Mustang at 5:00 -- it was a jet pilot and probably didn't know how to drive :-p
Ein kurzer Sprint auf der Autobahn mit einem BMW 535i (F10). Der Limiter regelt kurz vor 260 km/h ab. Eigenartig: Beim 3er mit dem gleichen Motor geht er bis 270. Bitte den die linke Spur blockierenden Ford Mustang bei 5:00 nicht beachten -- es war ein Jetpilot und der wusste wohl nicht, wie man Auto fährt :-p
