Quick Tip-Throttle Cleaning - EricTheCarGuy
This one goes out to BowlingBallOut who posted a question about a sticky throttle on his Saturn. It was a great question so I decided to make this video in response to it. There are many different configurations of throttle assemblies but for the most part if you have a throttle that is sticking you might be able to fix it using the procedures in this video. I am aware you may not able to purchase spray throttle cleaner in some states now but I'm sure they have some alternative available at your local parts store.

Chevy Trailblazer misfire DIY diagnosis - step one - p0301 p0302 p0303 p0304 p0305 p0306
Here I have a Chevy Trailblazer with a P0302 - cylinder #2 misfire. I show you the basic troubleshooting steps that you can do that only require a code reader and a few hand tools. This procedure can be done regardless of which cylinder is misfiring.
First, I swap the coil of the misfiring cylinder with another cylinder. At the same time, I swap the plug of the misfiring cylinder with another cylinder that is NOT the one that I swapped coils with.
I then clear the codes and then run the engine. If the misfire moves to the cylinder that I swapped coils with, then I have a bad coil. If the misfire moves to the cylinder that I swapped plugs with, then I have a bad plug. If the misfire stays on the same cylinder, the problem lies elsewhere. Further steps will be shown in future videos.
Big thanks to Bill (Kristis Dad) from trailvoy for donating the bad coil!!!
Servicing Renault Clio
A quick video on servicing the renault clio.
Its running a bit crap at the moment, not idling right, the air filter is covered in oil and leaking oil from the air filter housing down onto the TDC sensor.
I was told by a mechanic to flush the old oil with paraffin, to try and clear out the crankcase breather to stop the oil blowing out the air filter, it doesn't seem to have leaked around the air filter since i have done this.
There probably was better ways to have done things, and i couldn't find the fuel filter to change it. Any suggestions are welcome.
