This is my 1956 Ford SHOW TRUCK that took me 5 years to complete and was my dream. I am now wanting to sell it. It turned out so nice, I am fearful to drive it for fear of damage or theft. Everything is top quality, no compromises. It is a completely new chassis, 2003 Mustang COBRA 4.6 supercharged engine, 6 speed manual trans, independent rear susp., air ride etc, etc, etc. There are too many features to list here. A brilliant example! This is better than a new one right off the assembly line! New trucks would quickly lose that spotless character when pressed into everyday trade services! Thank goodness this example shows how great these could look! Last year for the flathead V8. Note the staggering difference in the cabin from current trucks. The emphasis here was on utility...no power anything!

My 1st Ford Flathead
Here is my backup engine. It's out of a 1953 Ford F250 pickup truck. After I purchased the truck the engine was pulled and I sold the truck. The engine was inspected, after removing the intake and oil pan I learned it was a fresh rebuild with less than 50 miles on it. The engine was cleaned up, painted, carburetor was completely rebuilt and the engine was brought back to original stock condition except for the starter & generator. They were converted to 12 volts.
