97 monte carlo
Replacing the turn signal switch on my 97 monte carlo. Very common problem with montes and luminas. Symptoms, third brake light works up in the back window while main tail lights brakes lights do not. Sometimes left brake light would come on with right turn signal turned on. Running lights works fine. The power for the brakes lights goes from the brake pedal switch to the blinker switch then to the tail lights. For some reason the switch wears out and needs to be replaced.

It has a colt cam, 3.5 intake with a k&n filter, 8mm wires, Bosch x4 platinum plugs, royal purple, and more to come soon. Im in the process of body work on it, so its not really pretty, but she def moves. No its not smoking, it was a cold start with temps around 50 degrees.
1999 Monte Carlo LS L32 swap after 15 minutes of warming up
slowmontecarlo after running for about 15 minutes fully warmed up. Video filmed on 1/28/2010 for the 2nd video of 2010! Good fuel trims also! I try and start it up at least every month.
I took the battery out this time and brought it home to charge. It's been getting a weak charge from a bad alternator. The alternator only charges around 13.5 volts when warmed up. Gonna replace that come spring time!
97 Monte Carlo Flowmaster exhaust
I finally got around to adding a flowmaster 40 series delta flow to my car. Sounds pretty good now.
