The Chevrolet Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle will be made by GM Holden in Australia.
Based on the Holden Caprice, it was recently evaluated by US police departments at the Firebird International Raceway in Phoenix, Arizona.
Holden took some cameras behind the scenes and captured this vision of the police officers putting the Caprice through its paces.

1969 Holden Hurricane concept car - restored 2011
Holden has gone back to the future, restoring its very first concept car -- the 1969 Holden Hurricane.

The futuristic research vehicle described as an experiment "to study design trend, propulsion systems and other long range developments" has been restored to its former glory as a labour of love by a dedicated group of Holden designers and engineers.
Code named RD 001; the Hurricane is a mid-engined, rear-wheel drive, two-seater sports car which incorporates a remarkable array of innovative features and technology, much of it way ahead of its time.

We asked the team behind the Holden Thunder Ute TV commercial to give us a look behind the scenes..
The commercial was filmed on location at Avalon Airport, Victoria
3 hours footage was filmed in total -- 2 of the car and 1 of the bull
A team of 40 people took part in the shoot, including actors, film crew, locations team, wardrobe, Holden reps and more.....and we filmed not 1, but 2 angry bulls!
Then the team spent 6 days in post production, to get the finished ad.

Holden Volt Revealed To Media

The event, featured the first left hand drive engineering model vehicles to arrive in Australia, and was the first time the motoring media have seen the Volt as a Holden.
