1968 Ford F250 Camper Special bought for one dollar
I bought this truck from my 94 year old Grandma back in 2006 for one dollar, the truck had 99,800 miles on it. I drove that tired old truck for 221 miles and had so many problems I had to park it. I felt sorry for the old girl sitting in my yard and decided to make it an everyday driver in which I drive everyday.
Stroked out the original 360 and made it a 390 bored 30 over with new crank, rods, valves, pushrods (everything) and a RV cam, Edelbrock intake, four barrel Holley carb, electronic ignition, and just about everything new under the hood. Rebuild the transmission with a shift kit, all brakes replaced, shocks, bushings, tires and rims.
Pretty much all this truck needs is a posi rear end, fan shroud, A/C replaced, dash, carpet, door arms and a paint job. I'm going to paint it flat black for the time being (I always wanted a vehicle painted flat black, I like the look) and am starting on the bodywork soon. Oh and I am looking for some kind of a stock looking steel rims so I can paint red with hub caps and beauty rings to finish off the look.
Oh and by the way my Grandma gave the dollar back to me for driving her to the grocery store later that day, I think I made a pretty good deal on this ride.

460 Bored, lots of high performance stuff. 40 Inch Superswampers.
They just got done putting most of it back together after a complete rebuild from the ground up, we were going easy on because it still has only around a few hundred miles on it. All I can say is, HOLY SH!T. I will post more when they work on it more. Thanks and enjoy!
