2010 Project kahn Range Rover Sport Vesuvius Edition
The Range Rover Sport Vesuvius Edition is the latest addition to the line-up of British tuner Project Kahn. The new model is based on facelifted version of the 2010 Range Roverand includes a black and orange color theme inside and out. A new front grille, modified aero kit and restyled 22 inch alloy wheels are added. The body kit includes the following an orange roof, orange bonnet stripe, front spoiler, wide arches, rear apron, rear spoiler, side vents, front grille and Kahn design branding. Additionally, there are 22 inch RS-X lightweight forged alloy wheels, special valve caps, stainless steel kick plates and a stainless steel Exhaust system with machined aluminium tips. Within the interior you will find a Kahn Vesuvius quilted and perforated leather interior, quilted leather centre box, quilted leather floor panels, black piano wood interior facia trim, push button start, tinted privacy windows, cream sport instrument dials and billet machined aluminium foot pedals-black grip.

The Range Rover Sport is a luxury-type sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced by the Jaguar Land Rover. The original Range Rover introduced in 1970 was not designed as a luxury-type 4x4, in contrast to the way that other utility vehicles such as the Jeep Wagoneer of the United States were. While certainly up-market compared to preceding Land Rover models, the early Range Rovers had fairly basic, utilitarian interiors with vinyl seats and plastic dashboards that were designed to be washed down with a hose. Convenience features such as power assisted steering, carpeted floors, air conditioning, cloth/leather seats, and wooden interior trim were fitted later. The Range Rover was a body-on-frame design with a box section ladder type chassis, like the contemporary Series Land Rovers. The Range Rover utilised coil springs as opposed to leaf springs, permanent four-wheel drive, and 4-wheel disc brakes. However, the latest iteration uses a monocoque body structure. The Range Rover was originally powered by the Rover V8 engine. Later models were powered by a 4.4 L BMW V8, until the introduction of a 3.6 litre TDV8 engine. In 1972 the British Trans-Americas Expedition became the first vehicle-based expedition to traverse the two American continents from north-to-south, including traversing the roadless Darien Gap. The specially modified Range Rovers used for this expedition are now on display in the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust collection at Gaydon, Warwickshire, England. Before 1987, Land Rover vehicles were only sold in the United States through the grey market. The Land Rover company began selling the Range Rover officially in the U.S. on March 16, 1987. From that time until 1993, the U.S. marketing was all in the name of Range Rover, because it was the only model offered in the American market. In 1993, with the arrival of the Defender 110 and the imminent arrival of the Land Rover Discovery, the company's U.S. sales were under the name "Land Rover North America.

See amazing pics of this custom Rover I created: http://bit.ly/customrover03 I wanted to share what a Magnaflow Exhaust system sounds like on a 2003 Range Rover HSE because when I was interested in putting one on my Rover, there weren't too many examples out there. It's a full system (about $1k). I had it installed with the clamps it came with, but after a while they started to leak so I had a different shop weld all the joints. I HIGHLY recommend having it all welded (don't use the clamps) when you get it. Sounds better & is better for performance. This Rover was stock when I got it, but I tricked it out with tons of Custom Supercharged & Autobiography trim, as well as things you can't buy anywhere. BEAST!

White Project Kahn Cosworth Range Rover Sport - Walkaround, Pictures!
A few weeks ago, i came across this great looking, Project Kahn tuned, Range Rover Sport. It was based on the new model and to be fair, didn't look as good as i expected, but still looked incredible. Some of the prominant features was the Kahn wheels, also developed by Cosworth. The Bodykit and the spoiler are also in one respect, part of the package. And of course, it's white, one of the best colours for a Kahn. This was parked up at no other than the Cedar Court, where it was parked outside in front of the hotel. Later on during the day, it was parked in the Basement, parked next to the MAN Lorry which the Chinese Supermarket use. The basement also had a Continental GT, but Continentals are Extremely common these days for me. I did take pictures of that too, don't worry. This is the 5th Project Kahn tuned Range Rover i've seen and spotted, however Kahns are popular around Yorkshire because Kahn is based in Bradford, hence it's popularity.
