Copperas Cove Police responding to a call as seen with two CVPI (Crown Victoria Police) with lights and sirens. There is also a Expedition in the very back, did not see it at the time keeping the video rolling. You will also notice the light is red showing east in the other direction and the dump truck was already at a stop. So it is highly likely they had a red light as well going west.
