How to diagnose a bad starter, ignition, neutral safety switch!
The re are 3 wires or electrodes on all starters. One is the large bolt that is attached to the main positive battery cable. One is the small wire that is sometimes purple that is attached to the ignition switch "key". And one is just a copper wire or electrode that supplies a ground/power to the starter from the solenoid.
Speeding in Baja California Honda Civic 2008
Took this video of me driving from Ensenada's "Black Market" (seafood market) to my fathers office, located in "El Sauzal" near the 1st Toll Booth on the highway back to Tijuana and San Diego.
Top Speed this drive: 185kph

The next morning I shot a video of me driving the civic on the scenic road, thats when I discovered the awfull truth which I completely ignored, the civic comes with a computer speed limiter, I was driving flooring the gas and my car started sputtering it had reached 5,000 rpm on 5th Limited top speed of 203 kph, I was dissapointed, specially after driving my girls car once up to 154mph when we took a drive down to Tijuana about 1 year ago.
Well Ill try to get a video of that top limited speed, I reached it on the other video but the quality was bad I could not check it to reshoot so, eh Ill just do it again another day.
