V8 S10 First Start
My 1987 Chevrolet S10 finally running again after the V8 swap, will post
motor specs later, needs some carb tuning and ignition timing work, but all
in all a good start, no oil leaks, fires, etc.
FINALLY GOT MY 5.3 S 10 DONE AFTER 4 YEARS.

POWERGLIDE WITH 4400 STALL NARROWED 12 BOLT WITH 4:56 GEARS
AND LADDER BAR SETUP DynoMAX 3'' BULLET MUFFLERS

A great time, but got there at 11 am and was wiped out by 4:30. Final 16
wasn't until after dusk. Glad I went ...but I've seen faster and more interesting race cars at
other events. Lots of people because ...it's on TV, I guess.
454 Chevy C10
1999 Vortec 7400 converted to carb using Edelbrock Performer intake
manifold, Q-Jet carb and HEI distributor.
S10 cammed 355 3rd start
Testing operation of my throttle cable i do a quick burnout in a puddle.
Wasn't running right yet because of timing troubles, had to pull the
distributor and have different springs and whatnot put in it.
