Bad BLOWN Nova Drag Car Cold Start 14psi 650+hp
Here is a cold start video of my 1970 Nova SS. Its got a 355 sbc w/ magnum
6-71 blower. Motor was built by Gary hedden at magnum Superchargers so I can't take any credit for that.
Its got a Crane cam 307 cam, weiand blower intake, 2 holley 600's, 3" belt,
forged internals, 3" duals w/ flowmaster 50's etc. Capable of 650+hp on 110
overdrdriven. Max Boost w/current
pulley setup is 14 pounds. Will slightly lift the front tires on this
For trans its got a TH350 heavy built w/ manual valve body, ford 9" w/ 3.89
mini spool, 3500RPM B& M stall. Hauls ass, but still streetable.
8 point roll cage, weld in subframe connectors, coil over shocks, traction
bars, high flow fuel pumps, 15 gallon rci cell, 5 point rci harnesses &
race seats, Kuhmo tires & drag lite rims
Has been featured in magazines and has pulled record Dyno numbers for sbc w/steel 882
heads. Stainless valves, roller rockers, full port job, etc.

This is a BARN FIND 1973 Chevy Nova SS Super Sport, 350 V8, 3 Speed
Hasn't seen daylight since 2000, we spruced it up, added some new brakes
and made sure she could stop!

Super Sleeper 1972 Nova - /BIG MUSCLE
Wanna race? If so you may want to reconsider. You see this is Dru Diesner's
1972 Chevrolet Nova and it's anything but stock. From a looks perspective
it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this
thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded
green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1,160 hp... at the
rear wheels. It epitomizes the term "sleeper", and is lethal to just about
every other road going vehicle it comes in contact with. Big Muscle
recently visited Northern Chicago to get a sample of this beast, and holy
crap was it one of the best automotive experiences we've ever had.

This Nova was completely tore down and gone through starting in 2007.
Today it sits as you see it below. As a mean ground pounding beast that
will launch you in to your seat and make any passenger break down bawling.
Your kid comes home with a bad report card, tell them its time to take a
ride, I'll guarantee they'll think twice about their grades.
Body: The body on this Nova was completely tore down and totally redone
professionally. It actually was a fairly solid car to begin with but it did
need new quarters, fenders, and dash frame. These items were all cut away
and replaced with brand new metal which you will see located at the very
bottom of this auction. All of the sheet metal through out the Nova (the
roof, fenders, quarters, floors, trunk, trunk drops, frame rails, rear
sill, cowl, firewall, inner skirts, rockers, pillars, doors) is completely
free of rust and bondo. As you will see within the photos, the marker
lights were removed which gives it a much meaner and leaner appearance. The
Nova also has new Subframe Connectors. The Nova was painted professionally
in a black PPG and as you can see, it was meticulously blocked. It is
extremely straight and slick. There is only one minor blemish through out
the paint which appears to be caused by a rock chip (I believe) on the
drivers side quarter. As you will see within the photos, it is hardly
noticeable. All of the trim and glass through out the Nova is in good shape
with no major pitting or scratches. There is one thing that I will probably
do if we end up not selling the Nova and that would be replacing the hood
with a Cowl. The hood on it now has some blemishes along the front of it
and I personally just do not think that it compliments the Nova that well.
The Nova sits on a set of Corvette wheels with 67 Corvette Centers. It has
15x8's on the rear and 15x7's on the front all of which are wrapped in new
Engine & Mechanical: The 383 within this Nova is phenomonal. It was built
to scare and last. It was built on a 350 4 bolt block which consists of a
Forge Stroker Crank, GM Bowtie Heads with the big valve, a Comp Cam, and
HYD Headers. It has 10:5 compression and as you can hear within the video,
it is Earth shattering. The 383 is powered by a new Holley 670 Street
Avenger carburetor. The motor has around 1k miles on it and does not leak,
smoke, or make any odd noises. It is completely dependable. The 350 turbo Transmission has a 2000 Stall Converter
and also has only 1k miles on it since being built. It shifts out smoothly
with absolutely no problems. It too does not leak. The 10 bolt posi has
4:10 gears and is also in excellent condition. The power steering setup is
in excellent working order on this Nova. It does not squeal or leak any
fluid. The Nova steers exceptionally well and has a very tight comfortable
feel. It cruises down the road straight with out any issues or hesitation.
The front disc brakes on this Nova are also new and are in excellent
working order. The Nova does not shake, shimmy, or pull when braking. All
of the electrical components through out the Nova are in good working
order. The Nova has a brand new set of 2 1/2 inch Exhaust with Summit Mufflers. As you can hear,
it sounds absolutely breath taking.
Interior: The interior as you will see is mostly all new. The front and
rear seat are both in excellent condition. The door panels, carpet, and
headliner are all in good condition. The B&M shifter within the Nova is
brand new and works perfectly.
This Nova has had a tremendous amount of money spent on it. I don't
anticipate it being here long due to the fact that we are not asking a
whole lot for the Nova. You could probably get the body to where it is
today for what we are asking. Please feel free to call me with any
