car has a built motor of course bored .030 over. 03/04 cobra cams and springs, vortech s-trim non-intercooled, water methanol injection, tremec tko 500 trans, stock suspension ;) sct tune.....this is not my car. I talked to the owner and the best he has run is a 11.1.
Vortech '97 Cobra 11.70@128 MPH
Launched the car at 4000 to try and lower my 60', but spun bad, I got out of it and back in it, still managed to click off an 11.70 @ 128mph using the stock T45 Tranny, and not powershifting. Due to the Ricers that night, no times were displayed on the boards.
This was a funny run. These Ricers that were sitting below my buddy filming, were smack talking about how my Mustang was going to get wasted by their friend's Civic with "Mad Nos". You can hear my buddy mock them by yelling out "Bus Lengths" at the end of the run.

1996 Mustang Cobra SVT Supercharged
This Cobra was put together by hand by my dad and I, the only outside work was for tuning. We are very proud of our ride and 18 lbs of Boost will coming next with Dyno and 1/4 mile results.
1996 Cobra Vortech T-Trim MAC Flowpath
Just a quick startup and rev of my blown cobra. Quick rundown of the setup: MMR 900 shortblock, Vortech T-trim, Snow Performance methanol kit (not currently tuned), Hooker Headers, X-pipe, MAC flowpath mufflers, Viper T-56 w/ low 6th gear, 4.10 gears & a bunch of other misc stuff.
For all the "whats the smoke" comments, it was cold startup on rich tune, on a very wet/cool Seattle day.

1997 Mustang Cobra 1/4 mile Pass
1997 Cobra vert. 3860lb raceweight with driver. Maximum Motorsports 'max grip' setup w/ tq arm and panhard, 450lb coilovers, autopower cage, brembo brakes. 3:73 gears, WMS cold air, spec 2 clutch, o/r hpipe and flowmaser catback. Pass made on worn out drag radials. 13.57 at 105.1mph ET 1.89 60'. Heavy Roadrace style car...spins a bit and could use more gear n/a
1997 Cobra VS 1994 Camaro Z28
My Cobra with 3.73 gears and Exhaust with no cats going against Jerret's Camaro with Cold Air Intake and full 3 inch Exhaust with no cats. He just installed a 400 turbo with a 3000 stall. I did a burnout right before we raced to heat the tires up and then reversed back up to the Camaro before we raced. Then forgot to put it back into 1st gear. LOL
