Refilling And Bleeding The Cooling System
In this video I cover the proper procedure for refilling and purging air from the cooling system after a cooling system component replacement or a coolant change.
Forgetting to bleed the system typically results in the engine running hotter than usual (as evidenced by the dash temperature gauge) or even overheating following a repair. Overheating even once can cause serious engine damage.
The bleeding process is pretty straightforward and I'll take you through the process step by step.

This video shows you the easy way to turn that pesky engine light off. Remove jewelry and use good judgment when doing this. I did this many times with no problem. After completing these steps, drive at least 30 mi. to reset computer engine. This was performed on a 2000 Ford Mustang convertible V6 engine. Good luck!

Kind of a request, I've described this procedure a few times in print but never made a video. As I said in the video if your having issues with a fluctuating idle, no heat, or an overheat problem you may want to start here. Also, if you have just serviced the cooling system in any way this is the procedure I recommend to fill it back up. The only regret I have with this one is the end where I didn't shoot footage of closing up the radiator using the tool that I used in the video, I may show it at some point in the future.

The Fuel Level sensor sends a voltage signal to the ECM as a measure of the fuel level inside the tank. Without this signal the vehicle will not pass inspections and the EVAP system will not run its monitor. The ECM also use this sensor to actuate other components, such as purge, fuel pump and in some cases EGR.

Radiator fan not working-Relay is fine
If the radiator fan in not turning on and the engine is heating up it does not always mean that the fan is bad. You can directly connect it to the bettery to make it work.
